1. No Split Orders: We don't allow orders to be split between multiple files.
2. Verify Your Image: Use the upload tool to make sure your image looks right. What you see on the screen is what you'll get.
3. Artwork Fees: If you need artwork changes or background removal, you must pay for it.
4. No JPEGs: We don't print JPEG files. If you send a JPEG, your order will be canceled and you'll get a 50% refund.
5. Sizing Your Artwork: We no longer resize artwork. Make sure your artwork is the correct size and in PNG format. If sizing is provided in comments, then a request is made to alter supplied sizing when left in order notes this can delay orders up to 72 hours. THE MAX SIZING FOR THIS PRODUCT IS 11X7 YOUR ARTWORK MUST FIT IN THIS AREA NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE ALLOWED.
6. Order Cut-Off Times:
   • Regular orders: 11:00 AM CST
   • Expedited and rush orders: 11:20 AM CST
7. Rush Orders: Don't mix rush items with non-rush items, or it will be processed as a standard order (5-8 days).
8. App Purchases: If you buy through the app, email your image and order number to INFO@DIY-TRANSFERS.COM in PNG format with any size specifications.
9. File Formats: We only print PNG files with transparent backgrounds.
10. Mockups: You will get a mockup of your file. Make sure your file size and scaling are correct. We won't stretch your image.
11. Bulk Discounts: Discounts are applied per image, not based on the total order quantity.
12. Ganged Images: Ganged images (multiple images on one sheet) must be spaced at least 1/4 inch apart.
13. Custom Orders: Custom orders are final, and there are no refunds. Verify your artwork carefully before submitting. Bulk images are printed in sheet format in ganged format uncut. We always overprint as well so you will have spares. 
14. Small image details:  Details smaller then 5mm are not guaranteed 5mm is the minimum area needed to guarantee adhesive.
15. Shipping: Small orders may ship uncut or on a sheet.
16. Heat Press Instructions:
    • Temperature: 290-300°F
    • Time: 10-12 seconds
    • Pressure: Heavy
    • Peel: Warm-Hot or Cold, depending on your press.
17. No Infringements: We will not print any copyrighted or hate-driven images.
18. Cancellation Fees: Canceled orders will be charged a $7.50 processing fee.
19. Artwork Storage: We store artwork for 10 days only.
20. Color Matching: For color matching from a previous order, include the PMS code and size in the order notes.
